Vitalik Buterin puts the road map of Ethereum to 2030 years after Hegotá.

Vitalik Buterin's plan for Ethereum after Hegotá: Ahead of the World Computing Cypher in 20132030 while pricingETH is still nearby$2,700
What's that map?
Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of Ethereum , has presented a vision for how the network will change after this upgrade called Hegotá. He explains that Ethereum is moving from its traditional blockchain image to what he calls the cryptographic world computer.
The issue is not just a name or slogan change, but changing how the network works in the long run. Vitalik sees Ethereum relying more heavily on advanced encryption in the future, especially zero-knowledge proofs that will come into play later this year.2030
The roadmap addresses three main areas: how to audit businesses, how to manage computation and how to use a distributed network in order to reduce reliance on traditional auditing that may not be viable as the network grows.
Why is it important to Ethereum ?
To give you an idea, compared to the first model of Bitcoin , where each participant had to download a block, check it out and run all new businesses, Ethereum still works in that broad sense on some level, but the 32-year-old cofounder thinks the network should change as encryption progresses.
The main reason is that a decentralized blockchain often comes at the expense of efficiency, because the more controllers there are, the safer it is, but potentially slower or resource-intensive. If Ethereum could use more mathematical proofs and distributed processing, the network might increase both resilience and scalability simultaneously.
Vitalik has written that the network could be decentralized not only for strength but also to increase scale, an idea which had been a hope of Ethereum 's developers since mid-decade.2010
The technology that changed the world after Hokuto.
In Vitalik's plan, within a year,2030 the business audit of Ethereum may move to PeerDAS which allows participants to review samples of data instead of checking all the data themselves each time. When used in conjunction with SNARKs, the network will prove that many calculations are correct without having to repeat those calculations altogether.
This change is consistent with my direction, or the consensus that has shifted from proof-of-work to proof- of-stake and is moving towards a more efficient form of evidence-of stake.
Vitalik also mentions several upgrades and concepts such as FOCIL, EIP-8288, Lean consensus, formal verification and mempool transformation all in the big picture that Ethereum will rely more on proofs and distributed computing.
Also, network status management will be important because Ethereum needs to accommodate a large amount of data access without forcing all participants to do the same repetitive tasks.
Impact on developers and users.
This plan could change the way developers build applications on Ethereum . Vitalik sees a network that embraces small-scale computing and manages more segments rather than cramming everything into one big business.
In practice, a developer may store the data that the network needs to record directly on the chain while other work can be executed before the transaction enters its final block. This reduces the burden of the network and allows more complex applications to run with greater flexibility.
As for Hegotá himself, Vitalik expects it to be the last normal fork of Ethereum , after which long-term plans will involve recursive STARKs, automated formal verification, more efficient metadata and quantum-safe technology.
What's the market and ETH price?
On the market side, pricesETH just rebounded above their 200-day moving average but were rejected near levels$2,800 last week, a trend that analyst Daan crypto Trades sees as an important obstacle.
At the time of writing, Ethereum , which is the world's second largest digital asset by market capitalization, was trading near-zero,8288 with a decline of almost2.5% in 24 hours and a drop of around2% in weeks.
However, the short and medium term varied as prices rose almost 5% in a 14-day period and increased 8% over the previous 30 days but when compared to one year earlierETH were still below approx 34% and far from their all-time highs near $4,950 approx 47%.
This market data comes from CryptoPotato and is graphical at the time of writing; it should not be viewed as a price prediction or point-of-purchase.
Look in the Thai context.
For Thai readers who follow Ethereum through digital asset platforms like Bitkub or networks under the direction of the SEC (Thailand) , technical upgrades to Ethereum , may not change the status of digital assets in Thailand directly, but will affect long-term user experiences such as custom fees, network speeds, application security and developer options.
Prices in articles refer to U.S. dollars, while prices on billboards that accept Thai pounds may be displayed as THB and move according to the state of global markets at any given moment.
The map that Vitalik laid out is important to Thai users as a data infrastructure, because Ethereum isn't just an asset with lower costs but also a platform where the internal technology is being redesigned so it can be verified by more mathematical proofs rather than relying on repetition of many programs.
It's a warning.
