Trump disclosed plans to buy Strategy Group shares worth upwards of $100,000 in legal documents.

Trump revealed that he bought Strategy shares worth $50,001 to $100,000 in July, according to a U.S. Office of Government Ethics disclosure document released on Tuesday.

The document states that Trump purchased Strategy shares worth $50,001 to $100,000 on July 27, after having previously bought in amounts as low as $1,001 to $15,000 three days earlier. According to data from BitcoinTreasuries.net, Strategy is the Bitcoin largest holding company in the world with 846,000 holdings.

In addition, Trump also disclosed several other crypto-related deals, including the purchase of Coinbase shares and sale of Bitcoin shares in mining companies such as MARA Holdings and CleanSpark in July. By purchasing a share strategy on July 27, the transaction was considered to be the most valuable of all the cryptocurrency-related transactions listed in the document.

This transaction is comparable to the highest-value stock purchase strategy ever disclosed by Trump, which was purchasing between $50,001 and $100,000 on February 12, according to data from BitcoinTreasuries.NET. In addition, his account also reported buying and selling a small number of stocks several times throughout the year.

However, these documents do not specify the remaining stock in Trump's Port Strategy as to what amount because the deal is reported as a range of value and not a maximum residual stock number.

The purchase strategy is only a small fraction of the overall port activity.

The stock purchase strategy was a small fraction of Trump's total investment activity in July. The document states that there were sales of Microsoft and Amazon shares worth $5 million to $25 million on July 20, along with several other purchases valued between $1 million and $5 million.

On Tuesday, the White House informed CNBC that Trump's stock and bond portfolios were being managed by an independent third-party financial institution with no involvement from Trump or his family.

Shares of Strategy have risen nearly 30% in the past five business days and about 37% over the last month, according to data from Yahoo Finance.

The disclosure came at a time when there was pressure on crypto policy.

The unveiling of Trump's investment strategy comes at a time when his administration has implemented several policies to support the U.S. crypto industry, although full draft market structure legislation is still pending in Greece.

Although the Senate was unable to push ahead with drafting the CLARITY Act on September 15, federal regulatory agencies moved forward using existing statutory authority two days after a closed-door vote that failed. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) ( SEC ) has approved the sale of US Treasury bonds, such as Tokens, on blockchains temporarily under restrictive conditions while the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has disclosed registration requirements for customers to file certain securities entering markets subject to regulation.

In addition, the CFTC also submitted a proposal to regulate the wider crypto market for consideration by the White House on September 17 under the title "Regulation crypto asset Transactions and Regulation crypto asset Markets", which is currently still in its preliminary stages and has not yet become an official proposal.

Last week, the Senate Financial Services Committee voted 28 to 21 in favor of a bill that would make Trump's Bitcoin Strategic Reserve law and stipulate that Bitcoin , held in reserve funds, must be held for at least 20 years.

Currently, the US government holds approximately 324,527 BTC according to data from Arkham Intelligence.
